If buyer wishes to return any merchandise, such return of merchandise must be made within three(3) days of original purchase and must be accompanied with the sales receipt. The acceptance of such merchandise shall be in the sole discretion of J&J Rattan. Upon proper return of merchandise by buyer, J&J Rattan shall only be obligated to issue store credit for the returned goods and no cash returns will be made. Furthermore, no refunds or exchanges will be made for plants.

J&J Rattan offers gift certificates and they do not expire.
All of the products on our website are currently for catalog display only. If you would like to order any of our products, at the moment orders can only be made at our stores and select items can be purchased over the phone.
Special orders may be cancelled at sellers option only. If buyer cancels a special order, seller may retain any downpayment as liquidated damages, or charge a 20% of purchase price restocking charge at its option. Changes to an order may be made time permitting on process of such order.

Gift certificates are available for purchase at the store.
Gift certificates can only be redeem for other items at the store. Gift certificate are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates issued by J&J Rattan will not have an expiration date.
Currently there is no replacement if you loose your gift certificate.
